Templates & Resources

Pick the template whose shape matches your product, place your art on the grid at true size (1:1), then attach your finished file when you submit. Every template is 300 DPI and CMYK-ready and shows the exact size you’re working at. Oversized items use a 50% large-format sheet (rulers still read true inches). The Covers line shows which products each one is for.

Standard templates — true size

Design at true size (1:1) — the size you draw is the size you get. Each grid square = 1 inch. Pick the shape that matches your product.

Square — SQ
6.5 × 6.5 in • true size
1:1 grid for anything square, or round in a square bounding box.
Covers: charms, pins, buttons, badges, coasters, patches, die-cut stickers, fridge magnets, phone grips
Portrait — PT
6 × 7.5 in • true size
Upright 1:1 grid.
Covers: standees, trading/tarot/greeting cards, apparel prints, paper goods, small posters, sticker sheets
Tall — TL
3.5 × 6.5 in • true size
Slim upright 1:1 grid.
Covers: bookmarks, phone cases
Landscape — LS
7 × 5 in • true size
Wide 1:1 grid.
Covers: headwear, sleep masks, 3D turnarounds, mousepads, digital covers
Strip — ST
7 × 1.5 in • true size
Long strip — art tiles seamlessly left↔right.
Covers: lanyards, washi tape
Large-format templates — shown at 50%

Too big for a 1:1 sheet, so these are half-size. The rulers still read true inches (each grid = 2 in) — design here and the finished piece prints at 2×.

Large Square — LQ
18 × 18 in • shown at 50%
Half-size sheet; rulers read true inches (1 grid = 2 in), prints at 2×.
Covers: scarves, blankets, throw pillows
Large Portrait — LP
18 × 24 in • shown at 50%
Half-size sheet; rulers read true inches (1 grid = 2 in), prints at 2×.
Covers: posters, art prints, tapestries, dakimakura
Large Landscape — LL
28 × 12 in • shown at 50%
Half-size sheet; rulers read true inches (1 grid = 2 in), prints at 2×.
Covers: XL desk mats, wide blankets

Eight templates now cover the whole catalog by shape — design at true size on the grid (large-format sheets are at 50%). Need a shape that isn’t here? Ask a manager to add it.

🧰 Data & tools

Import and export your catalog, push to Shopify, print barcodes, and load starter data — these used to sit in the top bar.

🔄 Shopify Sync Shopify = source of truth

This desktop tool is where you build products and generate SKUs. Your live stock, orders and prices live in Shopify. Sync runs securely through Claude — nothing here stores a Shopify password or API key.
⬆️ Push to Shopify
Click Push → Shopify CSV above to export a Shopify-ready file. Then either upload it in Shopify Admin → Products → Import, or just tell Claude “push my inventory CSV to Shopify.”
⬇️ Pull from Shopify
Ask Claude “pull my live Shopify inventory” and import the CSV it gives you via Import CSV. Rows are matched by SKU — quantities and prices update in place, no duplicates.
📱 On iOS
Install the free Shopify app from the App Store and sign in. Because Shopify holds the master data, edits you make on your phone and here both reconcile against the same store.
📦 Shipping rates & verification — Pirate Ship (manager-only)

The estimate always picks the cheapest service for a given weight. These are starter rates — replace any cell with your exact Pirate Ship numbers and the whole app verifies against what you actually pay. Rates save on this device.

Starter values approximate 2026 commercial rates (a US-average zone). Note the July 2026 USPS change: Ground Advantage under 1 lb is now one flat rate per zone. Rates are stored per device — ask to sync across the team via Supabase if you want that.

💸 Artist payouts

Each artist earns their share of the profit (sale price − manufacture cost). Default 40% to the artist, 60% to Digital Alchemists. Change a rate and it applies to that artist's earnings everywhere.

🖋️ Artist contracts

Every artist and their signing status. Click an artist to view or manage each document.

📄 My documents

Your agreements with Digital Alchemists and their signing status. Documents are managed by a manager — reach out if anything looks off.

💰 My earnings

Your share of the profit on every order that included your work. Amounts marked paid have already been sent to you.

💸 Payouts from orders

Real earnings computed from Shopify orders: (price − discount − refund) − manufacture cost − fees − shipping, then split by each artist's rate. Mark rows paid once you've sent the money.

💰 Payout threshold: $ Export month:

Earnings roll up per artist. An artist becomes payable once their balance passes the threshold; each payout is stamped with the current month.

🤝 Collaborations — even split

Tag a SKU as a collaboration and tick the artists who share it. When it sells, the artist pool (average of their cut rates × profit) is divided evenly among them.
